PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PAYMENT

Bec Design accepts MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express®, Interac, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay as methods of payment. The transaction will be charged to the Customer Card only after verifying the Customer Card details, receiving credit authorization on the Customer Card, and confirmation of the Product availability and the order is ready for shipment.

SHIPPING

  • We ship to the shipping address provided by you. Please note that if your shipping address is different from your billing address and you have used Apple Pay, the address is automated to match your credit card on file and will be shipped to that address.
  • We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
  • Orders shipped in New Zealand will be mailed by NZ Post Economy Parcel Post unless an express Courier Mail service is selected. Once your order has been handed over to NZ Post, we take no responsibility for any unforeseen delays or problems with your order. Please contact NZ Post with your tracking number if you can not locate your package.
  • FREE Shipping is NZ Post Economy Parcel
  • Any orders outside of New Zealand will be mailed by NZ Post Tracked Packet International and charged the applicable fee.
  • If Express Shipping is needed, please contact Bec at becdesign.co.nz@outlook.com

DELIVERY

  • For Domestic Economy Parcel orders and FREE Shipping (orders over $89) in New Zealand, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery 
  • For Domestic Courier Parcel orders in New Zealand, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 1-2 business days for delivery 
  • For Rural Parcel orders in New Zealand, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 3-7 business days for delivery
  • For international orders, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 7-25 business days for delivery.
  • Customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.
  • Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs.
  • These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by Bec Design.

PICKUP

  • If you wish to pick up your order from my North Canterbury Studio, you can use the code LOCAL for free pickup.
  • Pickup is located in the Pegasus Township (specific address will be sent to your email)
  • Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with detailed pickup instructions.

 

RETURNS

Return Policy:

If your product is damaged in transit or you are otherwise unhappy with your purchase, please contact customer service at becdesign.co.nz@outlook.com within 15 days of receiving your items. You have the choice of either returning the item(s) for a full refund or exchanging the item(s) for something of equal or lesser value. To speed up the returns process, we recommend including a note in your return package with your name and reason for return, even if you have already spoken to a representative. Please note that we are unable to provide return packaging or postage at this time. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer when there is no physical problem with the product.

Wear and tear over time is normal & is not considered a fault. The jewellery and crystals are delicate and should be handled, stored & cleaned carefully (see Jewelry Care). If you find that your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, we will happily repair, refund or exchange your item providing the item has been purchased within 6 months. An email must be sent to becdesign.co.nz@outlook.com with proof of purchase, a photo and description of the fault, for the return to then be approved by Bec Design.

Jewelry is handmade, some variation and minor defects may meet quality standards.
